About

A home for Muslim students at UW Bothell, rooted in community, learning, and outreach.

Our mission is to unite Muslims from all backgrounds for the sake of Allah (SWT), strengthen our bonds of iman, and build a community where students can support one another, grow together, and form lasting friendships.

We strive to create an open and welcoming space for both Muslim and non-Muslim students to learn about Islam, ask questions comfortably, challenge misconceptions, and foster greater understanding across campus.

  • CommunityWe believe good company shapes who we become. We want students to find sincere friendships, people who care about them, and a community that helps them stay connected to Allah and grow in their deen.
  • LearningWe believe seeking knowledge is essential to growing in faith. We want students to ask difficult questions, understand our tradition more deeply, and build the confidence to live Islam with greater intention.
  • OutreachWe believe Islam should be represented with openness, clarity, and good character. We want to create a campus where people can encounter Islam honestly, ask questions without pressure, challenge misconceptions, and understand Muslims beyond stereotypes.

What We Do

Hover or tap an activity

  • Jumu’ah

Friday prayer on campus offers a consistent moment each week to step away from classes, worship together, and reconnect with the community.

  • Halaqas

Halaqas create space for students to deepen their understanding of Islam, ask honest questions, and reflect on how faith shapes everyday life.

  • Sisters’ Socials

Sisters’ socials create the space for genuine friendships, stronger support systems, and bonds that can continue long after college.

  • Da’wah Tables

Da’wah tables open the door to honest conversations about Islam, giving students across campus space to ask questions, challenge misconceptions, and better understand the faith.

  • Sheikh Office Hours

Bi-Weekly office hours provide direct access to a local sheik for questions about faith, worship, relationships, school, and everyday life.

  • Community Events

Community events bring students together around the experiences and conversations that matter, from iftars and Eid celebrations to panels on careers, mental health, faith, and life beyond college.

  • Classical Arabic

Classical Arabic builds a foundation for engaging more deeply with the Qur’an and understanding more of the words encountered in prayer and Islamic study.

  • Brothers’ Socials

Brothers’ socials create the space for genuine friendships, stronger support systems, and bonds that can continue long after college.
